Two corpse flowers are in a rare full bloom at the Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens in California. The bloom, often compared to the smell of rotten meat, stinky cheese, or boiled cabbage, lasts just 24 to 48 hours.
Native to Sumatra, Indonesia, the corpse flower blooms only once every two to three years, making each flowering a rare opportunity for the public to witness.
