Hundreds of skiing Santas hit the slopes

Hundreds of skiers hit the slopes dressed as Santa and Mrs Claus at the Sunday River ski resort in the US state of Maine.

The annual Santa Sunday event benefits the River Fund Maine, supporting youth education and recreation in the state, as well as the Boyne Forever Foundation.

“It’s great to give back and to be part of the community,” said Santa skier Lisa Napolitano.
