Bad Bunny is still taking it all in.
The “DtMF” singer took home the award for Album of the Year for his record DeBí TiRAR MáS FOToS at the 2026 Grammys in Los Angeles Feb. 1. And before accepting his golden gramophone on stage at Crypto.com Arena, he had an emotional moment to himself. (For every celeb for stepped out at the 68th annual Grammy Awards, click here.)
Indeed, while everyone in the audience stood and applauded, Bad Bunny—who made history with his win, as DeBí TiRAR MáS FOToS is the first-ever Spanish language album to earn the top honor at the show—stayed in his seat and covered his eyes with his hands as he broke down in tears after presenter Harry Styles announced his name.
And the “EoO” artist continued to wipe tears from his eyes when he finally walked up to the podium, where he silently basked in the record-breaking moment before sharing gratitude for his native Puerto Rico and his family.
“I want to dedicate this award,” Bad Bunny told the crowd, “to all the people that had to leave their homeland to follow their dreams.”
