Fear of dogs. Fear of flying. Fear of commitment. Existential fear about the state of the world. We’ve all felt it. But the hard part is pushing through and finding a way to overcome that fear.
The Globe and Mail is investigating anxiety and fear, and is asking experts for tangible solutions to what’s keeping you up at night.
For a future story, we’re looking for Canadians who have recently gotten over a specific fear or phobia and would be willing to share their experience. Let us know what you’re no longer afraid of, and the steps you took to take charge of your life.
To tell us about the fear you’ve overcome, share your story in the box below, or send us an e-mail at audience@globeandmail.com.
