ASI Show Chicago 2025 Draws Nearly 5,000 Promo Pros to McCormick Place

Held July 22–24 at McCormick Place Convention Center, ASI Chicago welcomed nearly 5,000 promo professionals from all 50 states and 17 countries. Attendees included major distributor groups like HALO, AIM and Deluxe/Safeguard, along with 361 women- and 195 minority-owned businesses. The show floor featured 75% of top suppliers and 72 first-time exhibitors, offering fresh product ideas and unmatched networking opportunities.

“This year’s ASI Chicago was electric,” said Timothy M. Andrews, ASI president and CEO. “The energy, innovation and collaboration on display prove the promotional products industry is thriving. ASI is proud to host such a forward-looking event that helps distributors grow their business.”

A standout moment came during a live Q&A with Chicago Bears legend and Hall of Famer Brian Urlacher, who shared branding insights and personal stories. Urlacher emphasized the importance of promotional products that people actually use and wear, saying, “Your brand is worth a lot.”

The show also marked the launch of the ASI Learning Network, a free, on-demand education platform designed to help distributors sharpen skills in sales, marketing, AI and ESP+ tools. Attendees participated in 26 expert-led classes and explored new ESP+ features like real-time supplier visibility and inventory management.

Additional highlights included:

  • The New Product Preview Reception with 50 suppliers showcasing the latest innovations.
  • The Counselor Awards ceremony honoring industry leaders like Person of the Year Justin Zavadil of ASB.
  • ASI’s sustainability initiatives, including badge recycling and eco-friendly water bottles.
  • The Canine Comfort Zone, supporting Chicago’s Canine Therapy Corps.
  • The ASI Gala at Punch Bowl Social, featuring bowling, karaoke and networking.

ASI’s large trade shows return in 2026 with events in Orlando (Jan. 5–7), Fort Worth (March 9–11) and Chicago (July 21–23). For upcoming event details, visit the ASI Show schedule.
