AdTech Holding Receives Brandon Hall Group™ Excellence Award®

The recognition was awarded for the program “AdTech Holding Becomes Strategy-First Organization,” developed with the support of business strategy consultancy SOTA.

AdTech Holding and its flagship advertising platform, PropellerAds, have been recognized with a Brandon Hall Group Gold HCM Excellence Award® in the Best Business Strategy category, within the Future of Work program area, for the program “AdTech Holding Becomes Strategy-First Organization,” developed with the support of business strategy consultancy SOTA.

The program moved strategy from a periodic leadership exercise into a continuous operating practice. AdTech Holding established a clearer planning rhythm, focused company-level priorities and stronger ownership of measurable outcomes. Strategic goals were translated into cross-functional execution, supported by regular reviews that help teams identify blockers, test assumptions and adjust priorities as the market evolves.
