Company’s Latest Acquisition Deepens IT Staffing Expertise
NEW YORK, Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — 24 Seven, one of the nation’s largest privately held marketing, creative, and digital talent solutions firms, announced today the acquisition of SRI (Software Resources, Inc.), a staffing and recruiting firm specializing in IT and professional services. This marks 24 Seven’s 14th acquisition to date and reflects the company’s continued expansion of its strategic capabilities, sharpening its focus on the IT space.
Founded by CEO Tammy Giaimo in 1992, SRI has spent more than 30 years placing IT, engineering, creative, marketing, finance and accounting professionals with employers across entertainment and media, government, financial services, and hospitality. Co-led by Giaimo and her husband, SRI president John Giaimo, the firm has built its reputation on a hands-on, relationship-driven approach to staffing.
