The initiative supports the Globee® Awards’ ongoing effort to include relevant professional expertise from a broad range of industries and business functions in the evaluation of workplace and business achievements.

Applications are welcomed from experienced working professionals, business owners, and industry experts representing areas such as human resources, talent management, employee experience, marketing, communications, business operations, supply chain, customer experience, customer success, customer service, sales operations, public relations, organizational development, and related disciplines.

Selected judges serve in a volunteer capacity and evaluate assigned nominations through a structured process based on defined scoring criteria. Judges are expected to evaluate the achievement presented in each nomination based on the information and supporting materials provided.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Applications are reviewed based on professional background, relevant experience, demonstrated knowledge, and the needs of the applicable awards programs.

Public identification by full name and organization on official Globee® Awards judges pages and related recognition materials is a condition of participation in the judging program.
