Cardi B warns Hamilton ‘y’all better go buy them tickets’


I Like It rapper says ‘perfectly sold-out streak’ in jeopardy if TD Coliseum sales don’t pick up

Heads up, Hamilton, Cardi B is “not playing” when she says she expects a sold-out show later this month at TD Coliseum.

The I Like It rapper took to social media recently to vent about ticket sales in the Hammer, which is set to host the third Canadian stop on her Little Miss Drama Tour on March 31 after shows in Toronto and Vancouver.

The Grammy Award winner from New York City said that while most of her shows are “practically sold out,” the one in Hamilton was only “about 80%” at capacity despite tickets starting at about $91 a pop on Ticketmaster as of Monday night.

By comparison, the cheapest ticket available on Ticketmaster for her Toronto show on March 30 at Scotiabank Arena was about $240.

“And I’m letting you Canadians know, if y’all break my sold-out streak, I’m going to … I don’t know what I’m gonna do,” she said, while smirking and offering up some expletives about the situation in between.

“Y’all better go buy them tickets. Y’all not breaking my perfectly sold-out streak. I’m not playing with y’all. I’m not playing with y’all Banadians.”

Tour included previous stop in Vancouver

The Bodak Yellow hit-maker is touring on the strength of her second studio album, the multi-platinum Am I the Drama?, which was released in 2025.

Cardi B’s 35-stop tour, meanwhile, was en route to Kansas City for a Tuesday show at T-Mobile Centre after playing Detroit’s Little Caesars Arena on Sunday.

She plays Cincinnati, Chicago, two dates at her hometown Madison Square Garden and another in nearby Newark, N.J., before heading north to end the month in Toronto and Hamilton.

She played a show in late February at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena during a West Coast swing.
